Change

ICT is a constant process of change that needs to run in parallel with the business requirements it supports. Approach

As ICT is a constant process of change, the internal and external communications are one of the key elements to succes. There should be a form of consensus within the organization to take information technology into a new direction. That is why InTouch puts much emphasis on communication in cooperation. This means communication between the different layers of IT, between business and IT, between locations and between countries.
